Dieser Extruder wird zur Herstellung von TVP an unseren Kunden in S\u00fcdkorea geliefert. Mit diesem Extruder plante unser Kunde in Zukunft auch, einige Untersuchungen zum High Moisture Meat Analogue (HMMA) durchzuf\u00fchren. <\/p> <p> Ein 30 PS (22,5 KW) starker Direktantriebsmotor dreht die Extruderschnecken mit einer Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 30-40 kg\/h. Zur einfachen Reinigung ist der Extruder mit einem Gel\u00e4nderdesign f\u00fcr den Zylinder ausgestattet, das eine schnelle Zylinderentnahme erm\u00f6glicht. Das Steuerungssystem Human Machine Interface (HMI) kann die Heizelementtemperatur jedes Zylinders, den Wasserzugabestand und die Materialzufuhrgeschwindigkeit steuern. <\/p> <p> IDAH verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 24 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von TVP. Neben der Herstellung der Maschine bietet IDAH seinen Kunden auch das grundlegende Know-how in Bezug auf Formulierung und Produktion.
