Vor seinem Eintritt bei CPM hatte Erik F\u00fchrungspositionen in den Bereichen Supply Chain, Sourcing und Logistik bei nVent inne, einem diversifizierten Industriehersteller. Erik war au\u00dferdem 10 Jahre lang bei General Mills in Positionen in der Betriebs- und Supply-Chain-Leitung t\u00e4tig, wo er Erfahrungen mit Ger\u00e4ten der meisten Produktlinien von CPM sammelte. Erik bringt eine kundenorientierte Philosophie in die Beschaffung ein, die sich auf Prozessverbesserungen und Gesch\u00e4ftspartnerschaften konzentriert, um Umsatz- und Gewinnwert in Organisationen zu schaffen.
