Im September 2024 wurde er in seine aktuelle Position als President, Industrial Solutions, bef\u00f6rdert. Vor seinem Eintritt bei CPM arbeitete Alvaro f\u00fcr Andritz als General Manager f\u00fcr Nordamerika und zuvor in verschiedenen globalen Funktionen, darunter Projektmanagement, technischer Vertriebsingenieur, Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung und Vertriebsmanagement. Zu Beginn seiner Karriere sammelte er Branchenerfahrung als Au\u00dfendiensttechniker und Projektingenieur und baute gleichzeitig globale Erfahrung in funktions\u00fcbergreifenden Bereichen auf. In seiner aktuellen Rolle ist Alvaro f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwachung der globalen Gesch\u00e4ftseinheit Industrial Solutions von CPM verantwortlich, einschlie\u00dflich Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Wachstumsstrategie, Betrieb, Vertrieb, Marketing und Finanzen.
