Spezielle Sorptionsmittel reduzieren Restgummi oder Seife in \u00d6len, die vor dem Bleichen nicht mit Wasser gewaschen wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das klassische bzw. traditionelle Bleichen und das Bleichen mit Sch\u00fcttbettverfahren sind die Optionen mit den geringsten Kapitalkosten, w\u00e4hrend das DoublePass-Bleichverfahren von CPM Crown die niedrigsten Betriebskosten aufweist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim klassischen bzw. traditionellen Bleichen werden \u00d6l und Bleicherde vermischt, gebleicht und gefiltert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim DoublePass-Bleichen wird das \u00d6l vorgebleicht, indem es mit einem speziellen Sorptionsmittel oder Bleicherde vermischt, dann getrocknet und in einem Filter mit teilweise verbrauchter Bleicherde gefiltert wird. Bleicherde wird dann mit dem vorgebleichten \u00d6l vermischt, gebleicht und in einem sauberen Filter gefiltert. Das DoublePass-Bleichen ist das effizienteste Verfahren zur Reduzierung des Bleicherdeverbrauchs und der \u00d6lverluste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Bleichen in Sch\u00fcttbetten ist ein weniger gebr\u00e4uchliches Verfahren, bei dem das \u00d6l durch eine Reihe von Filtern gedr\u00fcckt wird, die mit einer Schicht aus frischer Bleicherde vorbeschichtet sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei zwei weiteren, weniger gebr\u00e4uchlichen Verfahren, dem Simultanbleichen und dem sequentiellen Bleichen, wird das \u00d6l vor dem Bleichen und Filtern mit speziellen Sorptionsmitteln und Bleicherde vermischt.
