B\u00e1sicamente, los materiales finos flu\u00edan a trav\u00e9s del tamiz. Pero el Modelo IV no utiliza tamices. La fabricaci\u00f3n horizontal b\u00e1sica alberga un sistema transportador de tipo &quot;en masa&quot; patentado y \u00fanico, que arrastra el material a lo largo del fondo liso del extractor. All\u00ed, queda totalmente sumergido en el disolvente que fluye desde la otra direcci\u00f3n.
