La r\u00e9action de transest\u00e9rification en plusieurs \u00e9tapes convertit pr\u00e8s de 100% des triglyc\u00e9rides de l&#039;huile ou de la graisse en biodiesel (ester m\u00e9thylique). L&#039;ester m\u00e9thylique est ensuite extrait pour \u00e9liminer l&#039;eau et le m\u00e9thanol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tape finale consiste \u00e0 refroidir et \u00e0 filtrer l&#039;ester m\u00e9thylique afin d&#039;\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s qui se forment \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature.
