Essentielle pour la production d&#039;aliments pour crevettes et d&#039;aliments pour poissons en granul\u00e9s, cette machine est utilis\u00e9e pour prolonger le processus de cuisson tout en \u00e9vitant la condensation \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du post-conditionneur. Un post-conditionnement suffisant aidera les aliments aquatiques \u00e0 poss\u00e9der une meilleure stabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau, une meilleure digestibilit\u00e9 et un PDI plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le post-conditionneur rotatif a une forme cylindrique avec une chemise chauffante \u00e0 vapeur. Le chauffage permet de prolonger le processus de cuisson des granul\u00e9s. L&#039;int\u00e9rieur du tambour est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#039;ailettes pour maintenir le m\u00e9lange et le culbutage des granul\u00e9s pendant le fonctionnement. La combinaison du chauffage et du mouvement de culbutage permet d&#039;\u00e9liminer une petite quantit\u00e9 d&#039;humidit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de post-conditionnement est sp\u00e9cialement utilis\u00e9 pour les aliments aquacoles en granul\u00e9s.
