Le post-conditionnement est la m\u00e9thode la plus efficace et la plus \u00e9conomique pour obtenir des granul\u00e9s de haute qualit\u00e9. La qualit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la stabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau et la r\u00e9tention des nutriments lorsque les granul\u00e9s sont introduits dans l&#039;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re conception du syst\u00e8me de post-conditionnement est compos\u00e9e d&#039;un cuiseur de conditionnement de la s\u00e9rie KB et d&#039;un s\u00e9choir de la s\u00e9rie T. Dans le syst\u00e8me de post-conditionnement, les granul\u00e9s chauds p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la chambre de r\u00e9tention chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 la vapeur ou \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour maintenir le mat\u00e9riau dans un environnement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et emp\u00eacher la condensation \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du post-conditionneur. Cette \u00e9tape assure une cuisson optimale de l&#039;amidon sur une proportion consid\u00e9rable d&#039;amidon contenu dans l&#039;alimentation des crevettes pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s (duret\u00e9 et durabilit\u00e9) et la stabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau. L&#039;\u00e9tape suivante est le processus de s\u00e9chage o\u00f9 les produits culbutent \u00e0 travers plusieurs \u00e9tages \u00e0 une profondeur de lit mince. La circulation d&#039;air et les tamis rotatifs \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du s\u00e9choir de la s\u00e9rie T sont exclusivement con\u00e7us en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;alimentation des crevettes qui garantissent que les granul\u00e9s sont fabriqu\u00e9s sans fissures, avec moins de fines, une stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l&#039;eau et une surface plus lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de post-conditionnement est sp\u00e9cialement utilis\u00e9 pour les aliments aquatiques en granul\u00e9s. Ce syst\u00e8me est essentiel pour la production d&#039;aliments pour crevettes et d&#039;aliments pour poissons en granul\u00e9s. Cette machine est utilis\u00e9e pour prolonger la cuisson tout en \u00e9vitant la condensation \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du post-conditionneur.
