Le d\u00e9solvantiseur utilise le transfert de chaleur indirect pour d\u00e9solvantiser l&#039;\u00e9thanol, l&#039;hexane ou d&#039;autres produits humides au solvant \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt. Lorsque le produit le permet, de la vapeur peut \u00eatre introduite dans le d\u00e9solvantiseur et combiner le transfert de chaleur direct et indirect, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la taille globale de
