L&#039;\u00e9pandeur r\u00e9partit uniform\u00e9ment le produit \u00e0 la profondeur uniforme requise sur toute la largeur du convoyeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le convoyeur transporte le produit \u00e0 travers la ou les zones de chauffage, o\u00f9 une turbine \u00e0 air de processus de recirculation aspire l&#039;air vers le haut \u00e0 travers la couche de produit dans la premi\u00e8re longueur de la zone de chauffage, puis vers le bas \u00e0 travers la couche de produit dans la deuxi\u00e8me longueur de la zone de chauffage.<br>Le produit peut ensuite traverser une section de refroidissement o\u00f9 l&#039;air frais est aspir\u00e9 \u00e0 travers des filtres mont\u00e9s sur le toit du refroidisseur, vers le bas \u00e0 travers le produit, puis vers le haut \u00e0 travers le conduit par le ventilateur de refroidissement, avant d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitesse du convoyeur \u00e0 bande est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par un variateur de vitesse pour permettre de modifier le temps de maintien du s\u00e9cheur selon les besoins. La temp\u00e9rature de consigne est saisie via un panneau de commande \u00e0 \u00e9cran tactile. La temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement est mesur\u00e9e par des capteurs mont\u00e9s sur le toit et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par une vanne modulante sur le br\u00fbleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<div
