Pour rendre ce processus plus efficace, un d\u00e9sodorisant semi-continu est utilis\u00e9. Le d\u00e9sodorisant DiFlow du CPM Crown offre une d\u00e9sodorisation avanc\u00e9e, une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une faible contamination crois\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le DiFlow utilise un plateau \u00e0 trois niveaux et \u00e0 lit peu profond dans chaque compartiment de d\u00e9sodorisation, ce qui permet un meilleur contact huile\/vapeur et une meilleure exposition au vide que les conceptions traditionnelles \u00e0 plateau \u00e0 lit profond. L&#039;huile de chaque compartiment de d\u00e9sodorisation tombe en cascade d&#039;un niveau \u00e0 l&#039;autre et est achemin\u00e9e vers les deux niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs par des pompes \u00e0 vapeur situ\u00e9es au niveau le plus bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9sodorisation DiFlow est utilis\u00e9 dans les processus de raffinage physique avec seulement des modifications mineures des conditions de fonctionnement. Plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de vide peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s : syst\u00e8mes de vide traditionnels, directs et indirects ou syst\u00e8mes de vide \u00e0 boucle r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e et \u00e0
