Notre syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9sodorisation MaxEfficiency est con\u00e7u pour une performance optimale du syst\u00e8me dans son ensemble et est plus \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie et plus facile \u00e0 entretenir que les conceptions tout-en-un \u00e0 cuve unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9sodorisant \u00e0 colonne \u00e0 double enveloppe (DSPC) offre la meilleure protection contre les infiltrations d&#039;air par rapport aux conceptions traditionnelles de colonnes \u00e0 simple enveloppe. Le DSPC abrite le garnissage pour l&#039;\u00e9limination des acides gras libres (FFA) dans une colonne \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du d\u00e9sodorisant, ce qui permet un fonctionnement ind\u00e9pendant de la section de r\u00e9tention du d\u00e9sodorisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9sodorisant d\u00e9sacidifie et d\u00e9sodorise l&#039;huile lors du raffinage physique et d\u00e9sodorise l&#039;huile lors du raffinage chimique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons deux options de lavage de distillat : une conception \u00e0 haut rendement pour un seul distillat et un \u00e9purateur double pour concentrer les tocoph\u00e9rols r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s. Plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de vide peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s : des syst\u00e8mes de vide traditionnels, directs et indirects ou des syst\u00e8mes de vide \u00e0 boucle r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e et
