Les sorbants sp\u00e9ciaux r\u00e9duisent les r\u00e9sidus de gomme ou de savon dans les huiles qui n&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;eau avant le blanchiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le blanchiment classique ou traditionnel et le blanchiment \u00e0 lit compact sont les options les moins co\u00fbteuses en capital, tandis que le processus de blanchiment DoublePass du CPM Crown offre les co\u00fbts d&#039;exploitation les plus bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le blanchiment classique ou traditionnel, l\u2019huile et l\u2019argile d\u00e9colorante sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es, blanchies et filtr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le blanchiment DoublePass pr\u00e9-blanchit l&#039;huile en la m\u00e9langeant avec un sorbant sp\u00e9cial ou de l&#039;argile de blanchiment, puis en la s\u00e9chant et en la filtrant dans un filtre contenant de l&#039;argile de blanchiment partiellement usag\u00e9e. L&#039;argile de blanchiment est ensuite m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;huile pr\u00e9-blanchie, blanchie et filtr\u00e9e dans un filtre propre. Le blanchiment DoublePass est le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 le plus efficace pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d&#039;argile de blanchiment et les pertes d&#039;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le blanchiment \u00e0 lit fixe est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 moins courant qui pousse l\u2019huile \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de filtres pr\u00e9-rev\u00eatus d\u2019un lit d\u2019argile de blanchiment fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s moins courants, le blanchiment simultan\u00e9 et le blanchiment s\u00e9quentiel, m\u00e9langent l&#039;huile avec des sorbants sp\u00e9ciaux et de l&#039;argile de blanchiment avant le blanchiment et le filtrage.
