Ekstruder ini akan dikirim ke pelanggan kami di Korea Selatan untuk produksi TVP. Dengan menggunakan ekstruder ini, pelanggan kami juga berencana untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai Analog Daging dengan Kadar Air Tinggi (HMMA) di masa mendatang. <\/p> <p> Motor penggerak langsung berdaya 30 HP (22,5 KW) memutar sekrup ekstruder dengan kapasitas produksi 30-40 kg\/jam. Untuk memudahkan pembersihan, ekstruder menerapkan desain pagar untuk laras agar pelepasan laras cepat. Sistem kontrol Human Machine Interface (HMI) dapat mengontrol suhu elemen pemanas setiap laras, tingkat penambahan air, dan kecepatan pengumpanan material. <\/p> <p> IDAH memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 24 tahun dalam produksi TVP. Selain memproduksi mesin, IDAH juga menawarkan formulasi dasar dan pengetahuan produksi kepada pelanggan kami.
