Questo estrusore verr\u00e0 spedito al nostro cliente in Corea del Sud per la produzione di TVP. Utilizzando questo estrusore, il nostro cliente ha anche pianificato di fare delle ricerche in merito all&#039;High Moisture Meat Analogue (HMMA) in futuro. <\/p> <p> Un motore a trasmissione diretta da 30 CV (22,5 KW) fa ruotare le viti dell&#039;estrusore con una capacit\u00e0 produttiva di 30-40 kg\/h. Per una facile pulizia, l&#039;estrusore applica il design a rotaia per il cilindro per una rapida rimozione del cilindro. Il sistema di controllo dell&#039;interfaccia uomo-macchina (HMI) pu\u00f2 controllare la temperatura dell&#039;elemento riscaldante di ciascun cilindro, il livello di aggiunta dell&#039;acqua e la velocit\u00e0 di alimentazione del materiale. <\/p> <p> IDAH ha pi\u00f9 di 24 anni di esperienza nella produzione di TVP.
