Essenziale per la produzione di mangimi per gamberi e mangimi per pesci in pellet, questa macchina viene utilizzata per prolungare il processo di cottura evitando la condensa all&#039;interno del post-condizionatore. Un post-condizionamento sufficiente aiuter\u00e0 i mangimi per acqua a possedere una migliore stabilit\u00e0 in acqua, digeribilit\u00e0 e PDI pi\u00f9 elevato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il post-condizionatore rotante ha una forma cilindrica con una camicia di riscaldamento a vapore. Il riscaldamento aiuter\u00e0 a prolungare il processo di cottura dei pellet. L&#039;interno del tamburo \u00e8 dotato di alette per mantenere i pellet in fase di miscelazione e rotazione durante il funzionamento. La combinazione di riscaldamento e movimento di rotazione aiuter\u00e0 a estrarre una piccola quantit\u00e0 di umidit\u00e0 dai pellet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sistema di post-condizionamento \u00e8 usato in modo particolare per mangimi per acquacoltura in pellet. Questo sistema \u00e8 essenziale per la produzione di mangimi per gamberi e mangimi per pesci in pellet.
