Gli assorbenti speciali riducono le gomme o il sapone residui negli oli che non sono stati lavati con acqua prima dello sbiancamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo sbiancamento classico o tradizionale e lo sbiancamento a letto compatto rappresentano le opzioni con il costo di capitale pi\u00f9 basso, mentre il processo di sbiancamento DoublePass dei modelli CPM e Crown garantisce i costi operativi pi\u00f9 bassi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nello sbiancamento classico o tradizionale, l&#039;olio e l&#039;argilla sbiancante vengono miscelati, sbiancati e filtrati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo sbiancamento DoublePass pre-sbianca l&#039;olio mescolandolo con uno speciale assorbente o argilla sbiancante, quindi essiccandolo e filtrandolo in un filtro contenente argilla sbiancante parzialmente esaurita. L&#039;argilla sbiancante viene quindi mescolata con l&#039;olio pre-sbiancato, sbiancata e filtrata in un filtro pulito. Lo sbiancamento DoublePass \u00e8 il processo pi\u00f9 efficiente per ridurre il consumo di argilla sbiancante e le perdite di olio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo sbiancamento a letto compatto \u00e8 un processo meno comune che spinge l&#039;olio attraverso una serie di filtri pre-rivestiti con un letto di argilla sbiancante fresca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altri due processi meno comuni, lo sbiancamento simultaneo e lo sbiancamento sequenziale, mescolano l&#039;olio con assorbenti speciali e argilla sbiancante prima dello sbiancamento e della filtrazione.
