Deze extruder wordt verscheept naar onze klant in Zuid-Korea voor de productie van TVP. Onze klant was van plan om met deze extruder in de toekomst ook wat onderzoek te doen naar de High Moisture Meat Analogue (HMMA). <\/p> <p> Een 30 HP (22,5 KW) direct-drive motor draait de extruder schroeven met een productiecapaciteit van 30-40 kg\/u. Voor eenvoudige reinigingsdoeleinden past de extruder het railingontwerp toe voor het vat voor snelle verwijdering van het vat. Het Human Machine Interface (HMI) controlesysteem kan de verwarmingselementtemperatuur van elk vat, het watertoevoegingsniveau en de materiaaltoevoersnelheid regelen. <\/p> <p> IDAH heeft meer dan 24 jaar ervaring in de productie van TVP. Naast het vervaardigen van de machine biedt IDAH ook de basisformulatie- en productiekennis aan onze klanten.
