Voordat hij bij CPM kwam, bekleedde Erik leidinggevende posities in Supply Chain, Sourcing en Logistiek bij nVent, een gediversifieerde industri\u00eble fabrikant. Erik heeft ook 10 jaar bij General Mills gewerkt met rollen in operationeel en supply chain-leiderschap, waarbij hij ervaring opdeed met apparatuur uit de meeste CPM-productlijnen. Erik brengt een klantgerichte filosofie naar Procurement die zich richt op procesverbeteringen en zakelijke partnerschappen om top- en bottom-line waarde in organisaties te cre\u00ebren.
