Hij werd in januari 2022 gepromoveerd tot General Manager, Engineered Solutions en in augustus 2024 benoemd tot President, Engineered Solutions. Kris heeft 25 jaar ervaring in rollen met toenemende verantwoordelijkheid in diverse functies, waaronder engineering, operations, product line management, sales en marketing. Voordat hij bij CPM kwam, werkte Kris 20 jaar voor Cargill. In zijn huidige rol is Kris verantwoordelijk voor het leiderschap en de groei van CPM Engineering Solutions, waaronder het wereldberoemde merk Crown.
