Carolyn kwam bij CPM na een carri\u00e8re van 23 jaar in Tax bij PwC in Minneapolis. Carolyn was directeur van de Private Tax-groep van PwC, die uitsluitend private equity- en familiebedrijven bediende. Tijdens haar tijd bij PwC leidde ze de afgelopen 15 jaar de belastingdiensten die aan CPM werden geleverd. Ze richt zich op het toezicht op de wereldwijde belastingstrategie en het cashmanagement van CPM.
