In september 2024 werd hij gepromoveerd tot zijn huidige functie als President, Industrial Solutions. Voordat hij bij CPM kwam, werkte Alvaro voor Andritz als General Manager van Noord-Amerika en eerder in diverse wereldwijde functies, waaronder projectmanagement, technische sales engineering, business development en sales management. Eerder in zijn carri\u00e8re deed hij ervaring op in de industrie als field service engineer en project engineer, terwijl hij tegelijkertijd wereldwijde ervaring opdeed in cross-functionele gebieden. In zijn huidige functie is Alvaro verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de wereldwijde Industrial Solutions-businessunit van CPM, waaronder P&amp;L, groeistrategie, operations, sales, marketing en financi\u00ebn.
