Typische producten zijn algen, hennep, hennepzaden, plantaardige producten, fermentatieproducten, metaalgels en verontreinigde grond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vroeger werd de extractie van fijn, poederachtig materiaal meestal uitgevoerd in een batchproces vanwege de beperking van zeeffiltratie in continue extractorontwerpen. In principe zouden fijne materialen door het zeef stromen. Maar het Model IV gebruikt geen zeef. De basis horizontale fabricage herbergt een uniek, gepatenteerd &quot;en-masse&quot; type transportsysteem, dat het materiaal langs de gladde extractorbodem trekt. Daar wordt het volledig ondergedompeld in oplosmiddel dat van de andere kant stroomt. Dit betekent dat er geen probleem is om de vaste stoffen nat te houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extractie vindt plaats gedurende de cyclus, aangezien het materiaal en de miscella tussen de fasen worden gemengd. Deze tegenstroomregeling zorgt ervoor dat het ge\u00ebxtraheerde materiaal aan \u00e9\u00e9n kant van de machine wordt afgevoerd, terwijl geconcentreerde miscella (oplosmiddel en extraheerbaar) aan de
