Speciale sorbentia verminderen restgommen of zeep in oli\u00ebn die niet met water zijn gewassen v\u00f3\u00f3r het bleken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klassiek of traditioneel bleken en gepakt-bedbleken zijn de opties met de laagste investeringskosten, terwijl het DoublePass-bleekproces van de CPM Crown de laagste bedrijfskosten oplevert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij klassiek of traditioneel bleken worden olie en bleekklei gemengd, gebleekt en gefilterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DoublePass-bleken voorbleekt de olie door deze te mengen met een speciaal sorbens of bleekklei, en vervolgens te drogen en te filteren in een filter met gedeeltelijk gebruikte bleekklei. Bleekklei wordt vervolgens gemengd met de voorgebleekte olie, gebleekt en gefilterd in een schoon filter. DoublePass-bleken is het meest effici\u00ebnte proces om het verbruik van bleekklei en olieverlies te verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bleken met een gepakt bed is een minder gebruikelijk proces waarbij de olie door een reeks filters wordt geduwd die vooraf zijn bedekt met een laag verse bleekklei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Twee andere minder gebruikelijke processen, gelijktijdig bleken en sequentieel bleken, mengen de olie met speciale sorbentia en bleekklei voorafgaand aan het bleken en filteren.
