Esta extrusora ser\u00e1 enviada ao nosso cliente na Coreia do Sul para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de TVP. Usando esta extrusora, nosso cliente tamb\u00e9m planejou fazer alguma pesquisa sobre o High Moisture Meat Analogue (HMMA) no futuro. <\/p> <p> Um motor de acionamento direto de 30 HP (22,5 KW) gira os parafusos da extrusora com uma capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 30-40 kg\/h. Para fins de limpeza f\u00e1cil, a extrusora aplica o design de trilhos para o barril para remo\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida do barril. O sistema de controle da Interface Homem-M\u00e1quina (HMI) pode controlar a temperatura do elemento de aquecimento de cada barril, o n\u00edvel de adi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua e a velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do material. <\/p> <p> A IDAH tem mais de 24 anos de experi\u00eancia na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de TVP.
