Laura Pierce

Laura Pierce joined CPM in 2026 as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across complex, multi-site organizations. Prior to CPM, Laura served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Crete United and previously held global HR leadership roles with ATS Corporation and SP Industries. Her experience includes talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and global HR operations. Throughout her career, Laura has partnered closely with business leaders to support growth, strengthen teams and navigate organizational change. She earned her degree from Stockton University.
