At Sapplicator, collaboration with CPM’s automation team has delivered a fully integrated solution designed to support both current operations and future growth. The project included electrical system design, control panel production, installation, and the development of PLC, HMI, and VSD software tailored to Sapplicator’s requirements.
Sapplicator are experts in the dosing of super absorbent polymer (SAP) in absorbent hygiene product manufacturing lines, e.g. disposable nappies, adult incontinence and feminine hygiene products.
