Beypiliç Enhances Pellet Quality and Production Performance with CPM
For more than 25 years, Beypiliç has partnered with CPM to support the growth and modernization of its feed manufacturing operations. As one of Türkiye’s leading poultry and feed producers, the company continues to invest in technology that improves efficiency, product quality, and long-term operational performance.
Beypiliç A.Ş. was established in 1979 in Beypazarı, Türkiye, and began feed production in 1981. In 1995, the company relocated its operations to Bolu, which remains its primary production location today.
The partnership between Beypiliç and CPM began in 1999 with the installation of a 70-ton-per-hour feed mill. Over the years, that relationship has continued to evolve through multiple expansion and modernization projects.
In 2010, Beypiliç increased the feed mill’s capacity from 70 tons per hour to 144 tons per hour. CPM equipment played a key role in the expansion, including pellet mills and grinding systems designed to support higher throughput while maintaining feed quality.
Most recently, Beypiliç launched a modernization project focused on increasing pellet quality, improving capacity, and aligning its operation with the latest processing technologies.
The project included upgrading four CPM 7936-12 pellet mills to the 7936-14 configuration through shaft modifications, while adding two new CPM 7936-14 pellet mills to the production line. Existing equipment removed during the project will continue operating at the company’s Beypazarı facility, maximizing the value of the investment while supporting production across multiple locations.
To further enhance performance and feed quality, Beypiliç also modernized its conditioning and hygienizing systems with the latest technology.
