Champion Series Hammermills combine a durable plate-steel design with replaceable AR400 wear plates and teardrop wear components. Available models span 22-, 28-, 38-, 44-, and 54-inch rotor diameters, providing multiple configurations to support a range of grinding requirements.
Sliding doors provide access to the grinding chamber, while bearing-temperature sensors help monitor critical equipment conditions. Champion models also feature four- or eight-pin hammer-pattern configurations, allowing the hammer arrangement to be selected for the application.
Champion Series Hammermills provide a durable, configurable platform for grinding operations. Their plate-steel construction, replaceable wear components and range of available rotor diameters allow the equipment to be matched to different operating requirements.
The current Champion core-product line includes active 22-, 28-, 38-, 44-, and 54-inch models. The 64×81 and 6×16 models are not part of the active core lineup and require the engineered-to-order process.
Durable construction for demanding operation
Champion Series Hammermills feature a plate-steel housing with a ½-inch-thick base and ¼-inch-thick side sheets and doors. AR400 wear plates and teardrop wear components provide replaceable protection in areas exposed to repeated material contact.
Flexible hammer configurations
Four- and eight-pin hammer patterns provide configuration flexibility within the grinding chamber. This allows the hammer arrangement to be selected according to the material and desired grinding requirements.
Accessible grinding chamber
Sliding doors provide access to internal grinding components for inspection and maintenance. The Champion Series is not available with the vertically split grinding chamber offered on selected HM models.
Equipment monitoring
Bearing-temperature sensors are included in the documented Champion Series configuration, supporting the monitoring of bearing conditions during operation.
