CPM’s 2026 Employee Photo Contest is here to spotlight our incredible global team. With the theme “Innovate to Elevate,” this is your chance to share moments of innovation happening in your day to day. Every week, a new theme will guide your submissions as we celebrate safety, sustainability, people, and how building together elevates CPM.
Contest Dates: April 13 – May 8, 2026
Grand Prize: $500 USD for “Best in Show”
Weekly Winners: $100 USD
Raffle Prizes: 2 random winners of $50 USD
Contest Guidelines
and Rules
Photo Entry Guidelines
- Submit high-resolution photos that align with the week’s theme.
- Multiple entries allowed—showcase your creativity!
- Open to all photography skill levels—amateur to pro.
- Photos must be free of text or illustrations.
- Ensure permission is obtained from anyone featured in your photos.
- By submitting, you agree that CPM may use your photos for future marketing purposes.
Photo Contest Rules
- Prizes will be awarded in local currency and paid through payroll. Depending on applicable tax regulations in your region, prizes may be grossed up to cover taxes.
- All prizes will be issued following the conclusion of the contest. Winners will be contacted directly.
- Entrants who submit the entries will be considered for the winning prizes listed.
- All subjects of the photographs submitted must be 18 years or older.
- Winners will be selected from eligible entries by an internal panel of judges.
- All submissions must be received by May 8, 2026 at noon, Central Daylight Time.
- CPM reserves the right to reject or refuse to consider any submission for any reason.
