CPM Crown offers desolventization technologies to address different market needs from food to aqua to feed. Technologies range from traditional atmospheric desolventization to gentle low-temperature desolventization under vacuum.
CPM Crown distillation technology is specifically designed including patented technologies for protein concentrates. The system is designed to maximize plant uptime with quick turnarounds and very few shutdowns.

• For larger capacities, the Model III percolation extractor has long been the industry standard. Open profile screens with patented coating and redesigned screen wash system promote improved percolation.
• For smaller capacities (<500 MTPD), the Model IV immersion extractor is designed without screens, pumps, or hoppers. Consequently, cleaning requirements are eliminated.
