Our journey began in 1878, and since then, we have expanded globally, establishing a legacy of excellence in diverse industries such as feed and food, green energy, advanced engineered materials and sustainable packaging.
From pioneering the first commercially successful pellet mill in 1931 followed by numerous acquisitions to expand our capabilities, CPM continues to build a better future through innovation and technology.

CPM Founded as Toulouse & Delorieux in San Francisco, CA.
1931
Introduced the first commercially successful pellet mill.
1961
Established Amsterdam operations to serve the European markets.
1970
Established Singapore facility to serve the Asian market.
1987-1989
Acquired Roskamp Manufacturing and Champion Products.
1996
Established Wuxi facility to serve the China market.

Acquired Beta Raven and Century Extrusion and Wolverine Proctor (U.S.)

Acquired Crown Iron Works, Wolverine Proctor U.K., Ruiya Polymer and Greenbank Technology.
