The Model V Extractor is ideal for crushed beans, flavors or leafy materials. It has a shallow bed extractor that has been used for brewing tea and other applications where open access and carbon-in-pulp is required. The Model V is a continuous and counter-current extractor that can converted to co-current operation should the application require it.
