Alvaro Timotheo

Alvaro joined CPM in 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer, Industrial Solutions. He was promoted to his current role as President, Industrial Solutions in September 2024. Prior to joining CPM, Alvaro worked for Andritz as the General Manager of North America and previously in global diverse functions including project management, technical sales engineering, business development and sales management. Earlier in his career, he gained industry experience as a field service engineer and project engineer whilst cultivating a global experience in cross functional areas. In his current role, Alvaro is responsible for overseeing CPM’s global Industrial Solutions business unit including P&L, growth strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and finance. Alvaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a certificate in strategic management from the Malik Institute.
