Carolyn Weber

Carolyn joined CPM in February of 2024 as VP of Tax & Treasury. Carolyn came to CPM after a 23 year career in Tax at PwC in Minneapolis. Carolyn was a Director in PwC’s Private Tax group which exclusively served private equity owned and family owned non-public entities. While at PwC, she led the tax services provided to CPM for the past 15 years. She is focused on overseeing CPM’s global tax strategy and cash management. Carolyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
