Dave joined CPM in 2020 as CEO. Prior to joining CPM, Dave led global product company Electrical Components International for over 20 years, growing the business to over $1B in revenues, 20,000+ employees, and 14 different countries. Dave’s business philosophy is predicated on “value and service” built on operational excellence, product leadership, and deep customer, business partner, and community relationships. Dave holds business administration and juris doctorate degrees from Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University respectively.
