Dibyava Ghosh

Dibyava joined CPM in 2024 as President of CPM’s Process Solutions business. Dibyava has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing space and her extensive background includes significant roles such as General Manager at Parker Hannifin, Global Managing Director at IMI, and President at Hill & Smith, where she was responsible for P&L, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and finance. Dibyava has global experience and cross-functional expertise in engineering, product management, supply chain management, and commercial and P&L management. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she also received the Dean’s award for Outstanding Student Achievement.
