Crude glycerin can come from many sources, including fat splitting, saponification and transesterification. CPM designs each glycerin plant to make high-quality products from any of these feedstocks by first removing the majority of the matter organic non-glycerin and enough water to concentrate the glycerin to 80% purity.
The pretreated glycerin is then refined to a 99.7% pure product by removing the remaining salt, unreacted fat, water and other impurities through vacuum distillation and a final polishing with activated carbon.

Our technology consumes less electricity and steam than most through our heat economization and energy-saving techniques, saving you resources and money.
