The Tray Dryer is a high-performance system resulting in fast, uniform drying. Available in 10-tray or 20-tray dryers, these machines are extensively used for powdered, granulated, or semi-solid materials in batch operations.
The Tray Dryer is versatile for a wide range of products and operating conditions. You can adjust the airflow velocity, temperature, and humidity.
- 10-tray model is 83 square feet
- 20-tray model is 166 square feet
- Stainless steel panels built to minimize heat loss
- Recirculation fan included with 1.5 horsepower V-belt motor drive
- Perforated plenum plates equalize airflow across product trays with air velocity capability up to 200 feet per minute
- Direct gas fired package with operating temperature up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Steam or electric heating available
- Explosion-proof electrical configuration
- Choose among carbon, stainless steel, aluminum or glass fiber materials for trays
- Tray bottoms can be solid, perforated, or screen-supported
- Programmable logic or timer control available
