Conditioning and the Points of Importance

CPM’s conditioners are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet the needs of different pelleting applications. Since conditioning makes up 20% of the factors affecting pellet durability, it’s important to understand the process. In this session, you’ll learn about different model sizes, proper conditioning, retention time, pick adjustments, conditioner fill rates, hot start conditioning, and maintenance.
