Introduction to Screw Design – Part 2

This webinar describes which type of screw element best fits each of the process requirements for compounding applications on intermeshing, co-rotating twin-screw extruders. Using a unit operations approach, screw designs for feeding (including downstream feeding), melting, mixing, venting and die pressurization will be developed.
