Skip Touch Die Setting on a CPM Pellet Mill

Make sure you follow lock and tag out procedures before opening the pellet chamber door. No die is a perfect circle. Our goal is to spin the die until the one touch point turns the roller assembly only when it is touching the roller. When spinning the die by hand we do not want the left and the right rolls to be turning all the time. We only want the rolls to be turning when the one touch point goes by the roll. Always set the rolls to a clean die.
