The IDAH Hammermill has high efficiency grinding for various granulated or powdery products from the feed, food, and oilseed industries. A complete hammermill system consists of a screw feeder or gravity proportion feeder, hammer mill, aspiration filter, and suction fan.
Based on the application, the Hammermill can be divided into two operations: coarse grinding (with screen hole bigger than 2.0 millimeters), in which the hammermill (HMA- or XHM-series) is applied; or fine grinding (with screen hole as small as 0.5 millimeters), in which the fine grinder (HMB-series) is applied.
The Hammermill and Grinder can help you reduce particles left behind in dry raw materials in animal feed, pet food, and aquafeed, or the wood pelleting industry such as wheat, corn, fishmeal, or soybeans.
