- Depositor frame, brush frame, guards, machine cladding, control panel and the ventilation hood are made from stainless steel
- The griddle system includes programmable logic control and servo controls linked with a human machine interface
- The griddle machine has an automatic ignition, temperature, and flame monitoring system for accurate and reliable operation
